One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other upstairs with a 140 cm bed, and there’s a sofa bed on the mezzanine. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living area. You have Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, coffee maker, and a dedicated workspace. For families, a baby bed, high chair, and self check-in are provided for extra convenience. Enjoy the private garden and open terrace with barbecue for outdoor meals. The property is fully fenced and features a bright veranda, perfect for gathering together. On-site communal parking is available for one vehicle. One pet is allowed. Parties are not permitted. The beach is just 700 meters away. Shops, restaurants, and attractions are a 3-minute drive. Pirou Castle is 4 minutes away, the D-Day beaches and museum are 1 hour 15 minutes, and Mont Saint-Michel is 1 hour 25 minutes by car. A security deposit will be requested on arrival. Bed linen and towels can be rented on site for an extra fee.
